We are in the middle of our most important and busiest time of year. The General Meeting will take place on November 4th at 7PM. We will be finalizing all arrangements for the Nov 11th Parade, Ceremony, Hockey game at LCLC, and the Banquet. All welcome and please bring a guest.

The Bridgewater branch is looking for volunteers to sell poppies for the 2026 Legion’s annual Poppy Campaign. Come to the branch, look at our campaign calendar/boards, choose a location and time that suits you, and sign up. You can also call the bar at (902)543-3203 to book your time. We have 3 locations to offer: South Shore Mall, Superstore and NSLC. Legion Volunteers: In the days leading up to November 11, Poppies can be seen in every corner of this great country. This show of support and display of remembrance would not be possible without the efforts of thousands of Legion members who volunteer to distribute Poppies to the community through schools, community organizations and local businesses. The Poppy Campaign is very much a local initiative, conducted by Legion Branches in cities, towns and communities across the country. Donations collected during the Poppy Campaign directly support Veterans, cadets, and other veteran initiatives. Membership Declaration: As part of the registration process, applicants agreed to the Legion Membership Declaration, which includes promoting Remembrance and agreeing to participate in the annual Poppy Campaign.
